Candidates must show commitment to academic achievement with a minimum 2.5 GPA and demonstrated growth trajectory.

Eligibility

Requirements for Admission

Our selective process ensures that every member of the Apex community is prepared to contribute to and benefit from our elite training environment.

Age & Academic Standing

Ages 9-24 at time of enrollment

Currently enrolled in or graduated from an accredited school

Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA (or equivalent for international students)

Standardized test scores (if applicable to age group)

Athletic Qualifications

Active participation in at least one competitive sport

Verifiable athletic achievements (team, regional, or national level)

Coach recommendation letter with performance assessment

Video highlights or performance documentation

Character & Commitment

Demonstrated leadership experience (team captain, mentor, volunteer)

Clean disciplinary record

Commitment to full program participation

Parent/guardian support and involvement (for minors)

Junior Development

Ages 9-13

Foundation building with focus on multi-sport exposure and fundamental skills development.

Elite Prep

Ages 14-18

Intensive training combined with academic excellence and college preparation pathway.

Post-Graduate

Ages 19-24

Professional development track for collegiate athletes and aspiring professionals.

Your Path to Apex

Our streamlined application process is designed to comprehensively evaluate each candidate while respecting your time. Here's what to expect.

Rolling Admissions

Submit Application

Complete our online application including personal statement, academic records, and athletic history.

Within 2 weeks of application

Athletic Evaluation

Submit video highlights and/or attend an in-person evaluation day to showcase your abilities.

By invitation only

Interview

Selected candidates participate in an interview with our admissions committee and coaching staff.

2-4 weeks after interview

Decision & Enrollment

Receive your admissions decision and complete enrollment with program selection and orientation.
